Social Media Growth Manager
Leads the growth of social media audiences by developing data-driven strategies, optimizing content for trends and platform algorithms, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Oversees creative production, campaign execution, and community engagement to maximize reach, interaction, and loyalty.

1. Growth Strategy & Analytics
Develop and implement strategies to grow audience reach, engagement, and conversions across all social media platforms. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, trends, and audience behavior to inform content and campaign adjustments. Identify high-impact growth opportunities based on performance insights and competitor analysis.
2. Trend Monitoring & Content Optimization
Track breaking trends, viral topics, and platform algorithm changes to ensure timely, relevant content. Spot opportunities for trend-jacking while staying aligned with the network's editorial vision. Continuously optimize content timing, format, and style for maximum visibility and interaction.
3. Creative Production & Editing
Edit videos and graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Create visually appealing and platform-optimized content, including thumbnails, graphics, and short-form videos. Collaborate with multimedia teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
4. Copywriting & Headline Creation
Write catchy, click-worthy, and platform-appropriate headlines and captions that drive engagement. Adapt tone and style to fit each platform's audience while maintaining brand voice. Apply SEO and keyword strategies to enhance discoverability.
5. Platform Management & Campaign Execution
Oversee daily posting schedules across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage paid social campaigns to amplify reach and engagement where relevant. Ensure all content meets legal, ethical, and platform compliance standards.
6. Audience Engagement & Community Building
Foster active engagement by responding to comments, messages, and community discussions. Build relationships with influencers, collaborators, and audience advocates to boost brand reach. Leverage audience feedback to refine content strategy and strengthen loyalty.
Perform additional job-related duties and take on new responsibilities as needed based on organizational requirements and circumstances.
Candidates are required to have :
Bachelor's degree in journalism, media, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience in social media growth, digital content strategy, or editorial roles for reputable media outlets or brands. Proven track record of driving audience growth, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms. Strong storytelling and copywriting skills in Arabic, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms. Expertise in short-form video (17 minutes) production, editing, and optimization for social media. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop); experience with motion graphics and platform-specific design. Solid understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and trend monitoring. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 news environment.
