UX Designer, Amazon Health at Amazon. Description : Amazon Health is looking for a UX Designer to help shape results-driven work that inspires, motivates and educates our audience in the healthcare space. You will be a key part of a multifaceted Design team to bring our brand to life and help people find and engage with healthcare offerings to get and stay healthy.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences, from research and strategy to prototyping and testing.
• Conduct in-depth user research through methods like interviews, usability testing, and analytics to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
• Create detailed user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure designs meet business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Champion a user-centered design approach throughout the organization and advocate for the needs of users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, best practices, and design tools, and apply innovative solutions to complex design problems.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the overall UX of products and services through ongoing user feedback and performance analysis.
• Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
