Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom : no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment / Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

Pay Rate : $18.50

2nd Shift : Mon-Fri 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment!

Millersburg, PA Single-Use manufacturing locations.

How Will You Make an Impact? :

Work with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling product.

How will you get there?

“Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.”

A Day in the Life :

Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry

Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures

Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint

Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements

Drive safety culture and quality in all activities

Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate

Participate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and / or Kaizen events

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Required : No previous work experience required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

Follow all safety protocols

Drive quality in all activities

Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping

Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling

• Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as the need arises for production schedule adherence

The Clean-room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.

Specific gowning is required including : gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like.
