Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : Outpatient Clinic Infusion

Job Duration : 16 weeks (13 weeks is OK, but 16 weeks preferred)

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 30 - 17 : 00)

Guaranteed Hours : Not specified

Experience : Minimum 1 year, no first-timers

License : OR license required, can submit with it pending

Certifications : Chemo (ONS / ONCC) certification required

Must-Have : EPIC charting experience

Job Description :

• Seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in outpatient clinic infusion.
• Gyn / Oncology experience preferred.
• Nurse navigation or care coordination experience preferred.
• Position will not float between units.
• No on-call or weekend duties required.
• Block schedules are not required and 48 hours are not approved.
• Expected to work in a clinic-based setting with specific ratios.
• Providers may need to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility.
• Complete 40 hours of non-billable orientation.
• Committed to working 3 of the 5 specified holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
• Required to have two supervisory references covering 1 year within the last three years in a comparable specialty / setting.
• Modules are completed pre-start and annually, with an average of 16 hours spent on them.
• Return staff policy mandates a 3-month gap between permanent and travel terms.
• Communication devices required for assignment duties will be provided or reimbursed if not provided.
