Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,810 - $1,940

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (new grads and experienced OTs welcome)

Ability to pass Pennsylvania state background checks and fingerprinting

Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in the acute rehab setting

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and improve quality of life

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team for comprehensive patient care

Document patient progress and outcomes using EPIC EMR

Provide occasional Saturday coverage (one per month) with a flex day

Ensure compliance with facility policies and Pennsylvania state regulations
