What youll do

• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features within Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk to improve agent productivity and the customer experience, including choosing the right tool for the job (declarative change, custom Apex / code, or leveraging a 3rd party application).
• Collaborate with business systems analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions that are maintainable and scalable.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that integrate Salesforce Einstein capabilities and other AI services to automate processes and provide intelligent insights.
• Partner with other engineers to architect new features and ensure seamless integration with existing Service Cloud applications.
• Maintain a customer-centric and data-driven approach, monitor feature performance, troubleshoot issues, and inform future enhancements.

What we offer and our expectations

At Checkr, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. Starting January 2026, hub-based employees will be expected to work from the office 3 days per week. Perks include in-office lunches, commuter stipend, and snacks / beverages.

One of Checkrs core values is transparency. We disclose salary ranges in all job postings and tailor ranges by location. The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $168,000 in San Francisco.
