The Spring is a faith-based service provider, shelter, and advocacy organization for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.
The Cross-Sector Partnership Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic collaborations with nonprofit, public, and private sector partners. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing joint initiatives that advance The Spring's mission and expand its reach. The ideal candidate is a dynamic relationship-builder with a strategic mindset and a passion for community impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Design and implement a comprehensive cross-sector partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Proactively identify and address partnership challenges and opportunities
Partnership Development
Recruit new partners from diverse sectors including community organizations, corporations, and government agenciesStrengthen and maintain existing partner relationshipsConduct outreach and deliver presentations to communicate shared vision and value propositionNegotiate and structure multi-party agreements with clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverablesRepresent The Spring at internal and external meetings and community collaborationsProject & Program Oversight
Manage collaborative projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and accountabilityCoordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless integration of initiativesStay informed on industry trends and partnership innovationsDatabase Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records and partnership dataPrepare and present reports on partnership effectiveness and impact to stakeholdersEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field OR 4+ years of relevant transferable experience3+ years in victim services, community organizing, or inter-agency collaboration3+ years working with senior stakeholders to develop strategic solutionsMust be able to sign The Spring's Statement of FaithValid driver's license requiredSkills & Competencies
