Job descriptionRecruit new partners from diverse sectors including community organizations, corporations, and government agencies Strengthen and maintain existing partner relationships Conduct outreach and deliver presentations to communicate shared vision and value proposition Negotiate and structure multi-party agreements with clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables Represent The Spring at internal and external meetings and community collaborations Manage collaborative projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and accountability Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless integration of initiatives Stay informed on industry trends and partnership innovations Maintain accurate CRM records and partnership data Prepare and present reports on partnership effectiveness and impact to stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field OR 4+ years of relevant transferable experience 3+ years in victim services, community organizing, or inter-agency collaboration 3+ years working with senior stakeholders to develop strategic solutions Must be able to sign The Spring's Statement of Faith Valid driver's license required Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills Strategic thinker with a hands-on, goal-oriented approach Strong cultural competency and trauma-informed perspective Effective communicator with the ability to influence across all organizational levels Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Understanding of nonprofit social service delivery systems Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM / database management

The Spring is a faith-based service provider, shelter, and advocacy organization for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.
The Cross-Sector Partnership Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic collaborations with nonprofit, public, and private sector partners. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing joint initiatives that advance The Spring's mission and expand its reach. The ideal candidate is a dynamic relationship-builder with a strategic mindset and a passion for community impact.
