Enterprise Account Executive, Life Sciences

Are you a results-oriented and entrepreneurial-minded Enterprise Account Executive with subject matter expertise in Life Sciences and passionate about sales? Here at Turquoise Health, we are seeking out a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive who will serve as a pivotal role in driving new business and customer expansion through strategic account planning and organization execution that exceed expectations.
This a high impact and highly visible role within the sales function of our Life Sciences vertical. This includes the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and leverage your expertise as a solution based seller with strong business acumen. You will have the unique opportunity to shape new pathways and strategies in our Life Sciences vertical which include building scalable and data backed processes, prospect outreach strategies, and cross-functional initiatives. You are the type of person who thrives in a collaborative environment and is accountable to yourself and the greater goals of the team.

Salary
The salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$122,500 base, 50 / 50 split, OTE $220,000 - $245,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level, and reflect the minimum and maximum salary across all US locations (they are location agnostic). Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization. Please note that the salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

Turquoise Health is a fully remote company based in the US. We work with team members and contractors in the US and around the world, but we operate on US business hours and work with clients entirely based in the US. For this role, we are seeking US-based candidates.
