Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Site / Land Development)

We’re looking for a Project Manager with around 8+ years of site civil and land development experience who values loyalty, career progression, and the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design and permitting for site / civil and land development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, and erosion control.
• Manage projects from concept through completion while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Support business development by maintaining client relationships and contributing to growth initiatives.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D daily for design and coordination.
• Oversee multiple project types- commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use.
