Case Manager may occasionally need to communicate with physicians (prescribers), care management organizations (MCOs), and authorized caregivers.

Associate Degree as a Pharmacy Technician is required

Valid Pharmacy Technician License is required

Specialized training in benefits access and pharmacy / medical requirements is preferred

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with knowledge of pharmacy benefits access processes (preferred)
