What will you be doing?

• Report financial results : Accurately report on financial results in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies
• Support Caleres Canadian office : Oversight of certain financial activities including import accounting, audit, and tax requests as necessary, and support and oversight of one bookkeeper located in the Canadian office
• Complete month-end close process : Ensure it's done accurately and timely, in accordance with established company processes and procedures
• Review general ledger accounts : Ensure general ledger accounts within area of responsibility are accurately stated in all material respects, and properly reconciled in accordance with company policy
• Review internal control structure : Make updates as it relates to Wholesale divisions and related accounting and finance processes
• Internal and external audits : Provide necessary documentation and information as required
• Report quarterly and annually : Provide necessary documentation as required, including support for 10-K, 10-Q, and quarter due diligence review meetings
