Location : Germantown, TN 38138 (Memphis area)\n

Assignment Type : Travel RN, On-Site\n

Start Dates : 11 / 17 / 2025, 12 / 1 / 2025, or 12 / 15 / 2025\n

Duration : 13-week contract\n

Shifts : Day shifts; 4x10s or 5x8s (may vary per manager's needs)\n

Shift Hours : 07 : 00 – 19 : 00 (12-hour days)\n

Call Requirement : Yes, call rotation required\n

Weekend Requirement : As needed\n

Flu Vaccine : Required (no exemptions)\n

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1780-$1910\n

\n\nCVOR RN Qualifications\n \n

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state (NLC guidelines)\n

Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience required; 3+ years preferred\n

At least 1 completed previous travel nursing assignment\n

BSN preferred\n

Cerner charting experience preferred\n

Willingness to take call and work weekends as needed\n

Ability to work 2 of 3 major holidays if assignment overlaps Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's\n

Travel nurses must live at least 100 miles from the facility\n

All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at application\n

Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required\n

\n\nCVOR Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), prioritizing patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes\n

Support the surgical team with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for cardiovascular patients\n

Monitor and assess patient status throughout surgical procedures\n

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality clinical support\n

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner (preferred)\n

Participate in call rotation and provide coverage as required\n

Float to similar units within a 20-mile radius if needed\n
