Job Description

As a Cart Attendant II at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include :

• Provide exceptional guest service : Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
• Deliver outstanding experiences : Provide prompt, friendly service to all guests by maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring carts are readily available.
• Maintain product knowledge : Assist guests by offering accurate information about product locations, reinforcing our guest-first culture.
• Safeguard company assets : Ensure proper collection of shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, regardless of weather conditions.
• Perform parcel pickup : Promptly assist guests with parcel pick-up services, making their shopping experience seamless.
• Ensure quality : Meet our quality and quantity expectations, ensuring 100% coverage by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor commitments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Support the team : Other duties as assigned.
