We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medical Technician for our on-site healthcare clinic. This is your chance to significantly impact employee health, wellness, and safety!

Schedule : Monday - Friday, with shifts from 6am - 4 : 30pm or 7am - 5 : 30pm (10-hour days).

Note : This is a temporary position for 8 months.

Position Overview :

The Emergency Medical Technician will oversee our worksite injury management and health improvement initiatives. Working under the guidance of the Onsite Innovations Medical Director, you'll focus on injury prevention, OSHA emergency / first aid response, health education, and worksite health promotion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies.
• Provide basic first aid and assess injuries or illnesses.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and follow post-incident instructions.
• Collaborate with site personnel about incidents and workplace hazards.
• Conduct daily safety inspections at the worksite to identify and report hazards.
• Foster an environment of trust, encouraging proactive health and safety behaviors.
• Regularly engage with safety personnel on rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies.
• Participate in meetings and committees as needed.
