Nexeo HR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our recruiting operations across the Ogden and Logan branches. This pivotal role drives talent acquisition strategies, ensures recruiting excellence, and leads a high-performing team to meet the companys hiring goals. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, and the ability to build and inspire a motivated recruiting team.

Responsibilities

Oversee and lead the recruiting teams across the Ogden and Logan branches

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals

Manage, train, and mentor recruiters to ensure performance, consistency, and professional growth

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates

Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws

Track and analyze recruiting metrics to enhance efficiency and results

Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies accordingly

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding

In-depth knowledge of employment laws and talent acquisition best practices

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a goal-driven environment

Pay

$50,000$60,000 per year
