Job Description

• 9+ years of experience in Sybase IQ DBA activities.
• Database software installation and configuration according to client standards.
• Database migrations and updates.
• Application of database patches.
• Capacity management.
• Hands-on experience in server performance tuning and recommendations.
• High availability solutions and recommendations.
• Experience in root cause analysis for business-impacting issues.
• Willing to work in a 24x7 support environment.
• Experience as a team lead with client handling and team-building skills.
• Experience managing teams with multiple technology skills.
• ITIL V3 certification.
• Knowledge of SQL and / or Oracle is an advantage.
