- Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs / STNAs and ensure quality service delivery.\n
- Administer safe and accurate medication-related interventions.\n
- Assess the health status of residents and communicate necessary changes to the physician; promptly implement new orders.\n
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care based on resident assessments.\n
- Select and execute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.\n
- Participate in resident assessments (MDS / CAA's) and contribute to care plan development.\n\nQualifications : \n
- 1-3 years of long-term care experience preferred; however, strong new Nursing graduates are encouraged to apply.\n
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.\n
