Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - (New Graduates Accepted) - Flint, MI

Job Type : Full Time and Part-Time

Shift : Flexible hours (Clinic open 8 AM-8 PM; schedule depends on caseload)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA to join our team. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes. This position requires in-person work in an in-home / clinic-based environment, with flexibility depending on caseload.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis principles

Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and team members on behavior management strategies

Maintain accurate documentation and medical records in compliance with regulatory standards

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and recommend appropriate interventions

Stay current with developments in behavioral health and apply best practices

Work with individuals with autism aged 1-21 years (caseload ratios vary)

Qualification, Licensure, and Experience :

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required

Must be certified and licensed to practice in Michigan (New grads welcome if licensed / certified)

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health principles

Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders

Proficiency in patient assessment and medical documentation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compassionate and empathetic approach toward clients and families
