Hours and Benefits for the Commercial Relationship Manager :

On-site Monday-Friday

$75,000 - $125,000

Responsibilities for the Commercial Relationship Manager :

Prospecting and Relationship Management :

Identify and reach out to potential customers, leveraging networking and referrals to generate new business.

Build and enhance relationships with existing customers by addressing their needs, managing loan requests, and encouraging referrals.

Portfolio and Compliance Management :

Oversee a commercial loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while protecting the company's interests.

Strategic Goals and Collaboration :

Develop and implement strategies to meet individual and departmental goals, collaborating with colleagues and management for support and guidance.

Partner with internal teams to offer comprehensive services, participate in joint networking events, and facilitate stakeholder connections.

Community Engagement :

Actively participate in community activities to uncover business opportunities and demonstrate the company’s commitment to local communities.

Requirements for the Commercial Relationship Manager :

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, lending or related field required

5+ years of experience in commercial lending, loan portfolio management, or equivalent banking experience required

Excellent consultative sales and relationship building skills required
