Requirement : Previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)

Location : Minneapolis, current sites with availability : LynLake building and NE site on Broadway

Job Summary

As a Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and / or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.

Responsibilities :

• Provide professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and / or family therapy, following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration.
• Review patient records, assess mental health status, and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, and provide relevant education.
• Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Attend continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
• Participate in credentialing processes, including CAQH.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities.
• Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.
• Maintain and update professional knowledge and proficiency through continuing education, staff meetings, workshops.

Additional Details :

Full-time or part-time (FT preferred), 1099 independent contractor or W2 employee positions available for licensed providers.

All pay is commissions-based compensation based on billable services.

Please note : We do not offer salaried positions.

Full benefits package available for W2 providers billing an average of 24+ client hours / week.
