Manager, IT Configuration Manager

The Manager, IT Configuration Management leads a team of administrators responsible for patching, endpoint deployment, and system hardening across Windows and Linux environments. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership to ensure systems are secure, compliant, and efficiently maintained. The manager drives automation initiatives, optimizes operational workflows, and ensures alignment with ITIL best practices. Collaboration across InfoSec, Infrastructure, and Application teams is key to coordinating updates and minimizing service disruptions.
