Responsibilities : What You’ll Do :
Be the First Point of Contact : You’ll engage with potential clients who are considering estate planning and elder law services, helping them navigate emotional and complex decisions with empathy and expertise.Build Relationships : Rather than focusing on "selling," you'll build trust, educate, and empower clients to take the next step in protecting their future.Guide Clients : Assist clients through our seamless onboarding process, ensuring they feel cared for and supported.Follow-Up : Maintain communication with prospective clients who haven’t yet committed, providing them with all the information and support they need to make confident decisions.Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with the intake and legal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.Track Your Success : Use CRM tools to monitor leads, conversions, and referrals, staying organized and focused on your goals.Qualifications :
Proven success in sales and customer service.Ability to build trust and communicate value with empathy.Strong communication skills—whether in person, over the phone, or via email.Comfortable working with people from all walks of life.Financial services or insurance experience is a plus.Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.Resilient, coachable, and dependable, even under pressure.Legal experience is not required.Join a team that makes a difference every day.
