About the Role

We are looking for an Assurance Director with a specialized focus on Third Party Attestation. This senior position is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in third-party attestation reporting, particularly in SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, SOC for Cybersecurity, and other relevant industry standards. In this dynamic role, you will :

• Leverage your advanced knowledge of business functions to enhance client service.
• Engage in marketing and business development initiatives to expand our client base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while leading an audit team as Engagement Director or Concurring Reviewer.
• Ensure the effectiveness of control environments through thorough technical oversight.

To be successful in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field (Master's preferred), and a minimum of 10 years of experience in internal or external audit. A robust background in third-party attestation reporting and GAAS technical skills is essential, and experience in internal control reviews is a valued asset. We seek a candidate with an executive presence, proficient risk management decision-making skills, and the ability to function effectively as an Engagement Director. Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, or CISSP are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced knowledge of auditing principles, apply professional standards adeptly, and have a strong capacity to lead and develop a talented team.
