Job description$21$25 / hr base pay + bonus opportunities Paid training and Oregon licensing (no experience required!) QSEHRA health reimbursement + PTO + holidays Uniforms and tools provided A supportive team where youre more than just a number Provide pest control services to residential customers (ants, spiders, wasps, rodents, etc.) Use a mobile system for logging routes, customer notes, and service reports Educate customers on prevention plans and build strong client relationships Maintain company equipment and follow all safety / chemical regulations Drive a clean, well-maintained company vehicle daily Strong communication and customer service skills A self-starter with problem-solving ability Clean driving record & reliable transportation Ability to work independently in the field Prior pest control experience helpful but not required we train from day one
