Position Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who’s passionate about dentistry, enjoys working in a clinical environment, and is eager to learn and grow into a Dental Assistant role.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Ensure operatories are properly disinfected and stocked for procedures
• Assist in managing inventory and sterilization logs
• Support dental assistants and hygienists with clinical setup and teardown
• Follow all OSHA and infection control standards
• Learn and develop clinical assisting skills under supervision
