Coverage needed 21 hours a week (days can be flexible but client prefers Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays)

Must be credentialed with Medicaid

ASAP start and will be ongoing (initial 3 month contract)

Needs to be able to come onsite

Outpatient

Will be seeing ages 5 and up
