As a Digital Producer, you’ll manage the creation and execution of TLC digital content and campaigns from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with clients, creative teams, and technical experts to deliver projects that meet objectives, exceed expectations, and stay on time and within budget.
What you'll be doing :
Lead digital projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client requirements are metDevelop and manage project plans and schedulesCollaborate with clients to understand objectives and translate them into digital solutionsWork closely with creative and technical teams to implement campaignsEnsure all content meets brand standards and aligns with marketing strategiesMonitor quality and accuracy throughout the production processResolve challenges quickly and effectivelyReport on project progress and outcomes to stakeholdersClient Engagement
Build strong, consultative relationships with clients through regular communicationDrive client nurture strategies and identify opportunities for growthOversee campaign evaluations and attend post-analysis meetingsAnticipate potential issues and provide proactive solutionsRepresent TLC as a trusted partner in all client interactionsSales Support & Commercial
Spot opportunities to grow business with existing and new clientsSupport sales teams with bids, pitches, and job costingManage billing schedules and drive upsell initiativesTeam Collaboration
Coordinate across teams to ensure clear communication and documentationMaintain high standards of quality and accuracyReview and improve processes for efficiency and impactWho we're looking for :
