From burns and trauma to medically complex conditions, you will help stabilize, monitor, and guide patients toward recovery while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of experts.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nProvide advanced nursing care for patients with acute burns, traumatic injuries, and complex medical conditions.\n\nContinuously assess, anticipate, and respond to changes in patient status using clinical judgment and evidence-based practice.\n\nCollaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, and the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.\n\nServe as a patient and family advocate, communicating clearly and compassionately throughout the care journey.\n\nDocument assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately to support continuity of care and regulatory compliance.\n\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, safety programs, and patient-centered practice enhancements.\n\nMentor and support new team members through orientation, education, and ongoing professional development.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nEducation : Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
