About CognomIQ
CognomIQ is redefining how healthcare institutions use data to accelerate discovery, secure funding, and improve patient outcomes. Research teams are drowning in fragmented, unstructured data, spread across 200+ systems like EHRs, genomics, clinical trials, and payer files. Before any analysis begins, researchers lose weeks (or months) wrangling messy formats, reconciling codes, and building infrastructure from scratch.
CognomIQ changes that.
Our proprietary, private cloud, AI-powered Data Operating System ingests, validates, and standardizes clinical data in real-time transforming it into plain-English visualizations and auto-generated grant-ready reports. No GPT, AWS, Power BI, Snowflake, or Databricks. Entirely self-contained. Entirely purpose-built.
