Area Marketing Manager
Position Overview : The Area Marketing Manager is a hands-on role focused on planning and supporting the execution of local marketing initiatives, food & beverage promotions, partnerships, and community activations that drive traffic, elevate brand visibility, and foster strong guest and community connections. Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Marketing, this position works closely with resort leaders, F&B teams, and EOS Hospitality's marketing team to ensure cohesive storytelling and impactful marketing execution across 2-3 resorts in the Florida Keys. The ideal candidate is both strategic and creative, equally comfortable executing marketing plans and bringing them to life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage local marketing campaigns and partnerships to drive awareness and engagement for 2-3 resorts in the Florida Keys
- Create promotions based on the F&B activation calendar, ensuring awareness of seasonal menus, experiences, and culinary events.
- Partner with resort leadership and EOS Hospitality's corporate marketing team to ensure cohesive communication and creative execution.
- Collaborate with F&B and culinary teams to integrate marketing initiatives with operational goals.
- Coordinate with corporate and agency teams to execute influencer campaigns and partnerships to amplify brand visibility and guest engagement.
- Execute marketing tactics to ensure on-site activations, events, and collaborations achieve marketing and communications goals.
- Curate social media content that showcases restaurant experiences, culinary stories, and local lifestyle moments.
- Collaborate and assist corporate and agency teams with photoshoots and content production, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling.
- Ensure marketing materials such as flyers, menus, signage, and event collateral are in alignment with brand standards.
- Manage updates to websites alongside digital marketing teams to ensure accuracy and optimization.
- Track performance metrics and engagement analytics to guide future campaigns.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital and print touchpoints.
Qualifications :
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle industries.Strong understanding of social media strategy and influencer relations.Proficiency in Canva and / or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Experience with CRM and CMS platforms.Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for visual storytelling.Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends to support content capture.This role requires a consistent on-property presence
