Position Summary :

We are seeking a "hands-on" Project Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves a mix of office work and field reviews for new construction and existing building rehabilitation projects. You will contribute operational and technical expertise to projects, ensuring high-quality building enclosure performance and client satisfaction.

We are also considering candidates for a  Senior Project Consultant  position for those with previous experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform on-site inspections and field reviews during construction to verify correct installation of building enclosure systems.
• Conduct field investigations, including moisture intrusion and performance testing.
• Prepare detailed site visit reports documenting observations, field-testing results, and recommendations for deficiency items.
• Collaborate with senior staff, architects, contractors, and owners on building enclosure design, materials selection, and project progress.
• Review architectural plans, construction documents, and shop drawings for conformance with project intent and building science principles.

Qualifications and Skills :

Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, knowledge of commercial roofing or exterior building enclosures, the ability to perform on-site field work, and effective communication skills. A degree in a related field and relevant professional certifications are desirable.
