Job descriptionSalary : $230,000 - $250,000 based on experience RVU Bonuses Sign On Bonus : $10,000 Relocation Assistance : $10,000 Competitive benefit package includes paid Vacation, Sick, CME leaves; Medical, Life, Long Term Disability insurances; Tax Deferred Retirement plan, $4000 / annual CME allotment; Paid Professional License & DEA fees Professional liability coverage under occurrence based Federal Tort Claims Act Federal or State Loan Repayment The opportunity for professional collaboration among our 50+ multi-disciplinary clinicians encompassing family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, ob / gyn, nurse midwifery, psychiatry, psychotherapy, pharmacy, and dentistry provides enhanced continuity of care for patients. Extensive services provided by social workers, health educators, case / care managers, medical interpreters, outreach nurses, etc. give support for clinicians and patients. Located in beautiful Martinsburg, West Virginia. 20 mins from the Virginia Border! Have easy access to Winchester VA, Washington DC, or Baltimore! Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 30 – 5 : 00 ( Switch to 4-10 hour days after a few months ) Patients per day : 14-16 Follow all departmental policies and procedures Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients. Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. On call : 1 : 10 ratio. Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls. Team Size : 3 MD's & 13 APP's Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Ability to hold a West Virginia state medical license
