As a Compensation Associate within PNC's HR Total Rewards organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH or Washington D.C. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

The Compensation Associate will :

  • Administer human resources compensation policies and procedures to ensure accurate analysis and implementation of employee compensation while remaining within budgetary constraints.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of job evaluations and annual wage and salary review programs.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity and timeliness of the department's reports, management reviews, and other analytical reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy of records and data related to compensation in the HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures in support overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Assist with monitoring changes in federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.

    Pay Transparency

    Base Salary : $37,000.00 $97,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
