Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and community involvement
• Assess customer insurance needs and provide personalized product recommendations (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
• Present quotes, explain coverage options, and close new business
• Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional service post-sale
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and agency goals
• Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM and agency management systems
