Saturday & Sunday : 6 : 50 AM 11 : 15 AM (opener)
Some weekdays : 6 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM (closer, based on schedule needs)

Requirements
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
- Solid computer skills (comfortable navigating systems, handling alerts, and processing payments)
- Previous experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Flexible availability for evening closing shifts during the week

Open and close the club according to schedule and proceduresGreet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they leaveCheck in members and guests, following company procedures and addressing system alerts or messagesAnswer phones professionally and courteously, assisting callers or directing them as neededShare information on promotions, events, and schedulesAssist members with requests or refer them to a manager when appropriateMaintain a professional and friendly attitude at all timesMake outbound calls to leads and members (including billing follow-ups)Process payments for services in line with company policiesStay familiar with the facility layout, services, and class schedulesKeep the front desk area neat and assist with general gym cleanlinessSupport management with tasks or projects as neededComplete all opening and closing duties, ensuring the club is ready for members in the morning and secure at nightEnforce Crunch policies deny access to anyone not eligible due to unpaid balances, system alerts, or other restrictionsSend an End of Day (EOD) summary including membership sales, Kickoffs (KOs) booked, calls made, and shift highlightsMeetings
