HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Care Delivery – RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Queens!

Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Care Delivery – RN

• Oversee a team of 4-5 community nurses
• Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monday – Friday 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• one remote day after 90 days

Pay Details : $120,00 - $125,000 Annually
