Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for our organization on a W2 basis.
• Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, ranging from 2012 to 2025.
• Ability to work with limited supervision to achieve project goals.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills using MS Office.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge and experience using ServiceNow reporting.
• Experience working with both physical and virtual Windows Server environments, including knowledge of hardware from major vendors.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, managing users / groups, and file share permissions.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with network load performance optimization.
