Role Overview :
The Marketing Program Director is a strategic leader responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that integrate seamlessly with Sales and Post-Sale functions. This role oversees brand positioning, demand generation, digital presence, public relations, and event strategies to enhance Best Roofings market share and reputation. By leading a high-performing marketing team, the Director ensures campaigns drive measurable business results while maintaining alignment with the companys mission and values.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports company revenue and gross margin goals.
- Align marketing objectives with sales and service functions to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Define key performance metrics and lead data-driven evaluations of campaign effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of industry and market trends to position Best Roofing as an innovator and thought leader.
Campaign Development & Brand Management
Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, video, and in-person channels.Oversee development of creative content, including Best Roofing TV, Lets Ask Gregg video series, website, and social media presence.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications, collateral, and customer touchpoints.Manage outbound campaigns, applicator agreements, and promotional programs.Business Development & Market Engagement
Partner with Business Development Managers to maximize membership, tradeshow, and networking opportunities.Strengthen customer loyalty while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Build strategic partnerships and support community involvement to enhance visibility and brand reputation.Operational & Financial Oversight
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI and responsible allocation of resources.Lead and develop the marketing and business development team with clear objectives and accountability.Hold teams accountable for performance while fostering creativity, collaboration, and alignment with company values.How We Measure Success :

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven success leading marketing programs with integrated sales alignment.Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).Experience managing websites, digital campaigns, and brand presence.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.Collaborative, creative, and adaptable mindset with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.Time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly desirable
