Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in engineering with PE License in New Jersey or NICET in Highway Construction Level IV Surface transportation (infrastructure) agency experience, i.e., NJDOT, NJTA, SJTA, NJT, Counties and Municipalities Successful track record of bringing in new work and qualified personnel from proposal development and business development strategies Ability to manage and oversee agency-led construction projects for the clientele listed above Experience with quality assurance / quality control, contract negotiations, cost control, and construction administration Strong embedded relationships with the transportation engineering community Experience operating in a Resident Engineer / Assistant Resident Engineer capacity if needed Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
