Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Berlin, CT, for a Call Center Outbound Dialer.

The Call Center Outbound Dialer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments.

Day-to-day tasks include managing call lists, logging call details, and following up on customer inquiries to ensure excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications Excellent Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills Experience with Contact Centers Proficient in Computer Literacy Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Pay is hourly for this position plus Bi-Weekly Performance Bonuses.
