What to Expect

The P&L Planning Manager is responsible for planning, forecasting and analyzing financial results as well as leading the communication and alignment with Hyundai Capital Services, Hyundai Motor Company, Hyundai Motor America, and Kia America ("HCA Stakeholders") . This role is expected to enhance the partnership with all HCA stakeholders in order to achieve the company's long-term objectives. In addition, this role will support Corporate Planning leadership in analyzing financial performance, preparing the annual business plan, monthly business forecasts and ad-hoc projects requested by HCA executives and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

1. Accountable for the generation and timely delivery of reports and in-depth analysis for internal executives and external stakeholders. Provide recommendations to optimize / maximize HCA's profit level.

2. Prepare detailed b i-weekly P&L variance analys i s and reports .

3. Support communication , inquiries, alignment, and coordination efforts between HCA departments and external HCA stakeholders.

4. Lead initiatives to automate and improve HCA's reporting and financial analytics capabilities.

5. Manage corporate and department KPIs and prepare internal and external reports providing performance updates, analytics to ensure alignment with all stakeholders.
