Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Identify and resolve potential risks, delays, or cost impacts early
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
- Maintain accurate documentation, change orders, and progress reports
