An established and growing construction firm in the Houston area is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial and multifamily projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Identify and resolve potential risks, delays, or cost impacts early
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation, change orders, and progress reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (commercial or multifamily preferred)
  • Proven success managing ground-up construction projects valued over $5M
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety, and project sequencing
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project , or similar platforms
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
