What You’ll Do :

Manage a wide range of public works and transportation design projects, including roundabouts, interchanges, and active transportation.

Lead project teams, overseeing design, schedules, and budgets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and public agencies.

Develop proposals, scope, and contracts.

Help drive business development efforts across the Central Coast.

What We’re Looking For :

BSCE and active California PE license.

10+ years of transportation / public works design experience (or 14 years equivalent).

At least 5 years of project management experience.

Strong knowledge of Caltrans standards (District 5 experience a plus).

Proven leadership in team supervision and client engagement.
