Responsibilities :

• Serve as change champion in support of HR / Talent initiatives and functional strategy.
• Support client group and executive programs, including assimilations, action-planning, succession planning / talent reviews, career conversations and employee development.
• Coach employees on policy and procedure, conflict resolution and change management to promote fair and equitable work environment.
• Identify 360, assessment, executive coaching needs and initiate with Talent Management; assess training needs for team and leadership development.
• Evaluate rewards and recognition with cross-functional partners : educate clients on compensation practices and partner with culture and benefits teams to ensure competitive packages.
