Help us keep production moving with precision. In this direct-hire role based in Wheeling, you’ll set up and run CNC Swiss lathes to produce high-quality parts on evening and overnight schedules. You’ll be the person others count on to follow procedures, verify dimensions, and maintain equipment health.

Your Impact

• Transform work instructions into steady, reliable output by executing accurate setups for production runs.
• Load materials into the correct product-specific tools and fixtures to start and sustain jobs.
• Run CNC Swiss lathes (Star, Citizen) and step in on basic manual machine operations when needed.
• Confirm quality with both visual checks and dimensional measurements against requirements.
• Follow all work and maintenance procedures, documenting care in the machine log.
