About the Opportunity
The National Director of Sales Training will lead global implementation of the Winning by Design sales methodology, designing scalable training programs for SDRs and AEs to improve performance and drive consistent revenue growth. This role combines hands‑on training development, cross‑functional collaboration, and individual quota‑carrying to stay grounded in the sales process. With a focus on onboarding, upskilling, and methodology adoption, the position is key to building a high‑performing, continuously evolving sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create comprehensive sales training programs for new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and new Account Executives (AEs)
- Ensure training materials are aligned with sales strategies, ramp time goals and sales targets.
- Ensure training materials are aligned with sales methodologies.
- Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions and workshops that are interactive, motivating and tailored to individual position (SDR or AE) ramp goals.
- Proactively monitor reps by keeping KPI indicators and work alongside sales leaders to develop reps individually based on perceived gaps.
- Regular check‑ins, supporting sales leaders in development to AEs, creating a framework and competency tracker for when SDRs are ready to become AEs.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Sales Enablement Manager to strategically design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales methodologies that can be seamlessly integrated across the entire Sales Department.
Experience & Qualifications

We anticipate offering an annual salary of $125,000+ with commission / incentive earnings based on achievable targets. On‑target earnings average between $125,000 — $175,000. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
