Location : Everett, WA

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $48.00 - $55.00 per hour

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated, sharp, and experienced Procurement / Purchasing professional  to join our team in Everett, WA. This role plays a critical part in supporting our program buyers and ensuring procurement operations run efficiently and strategically.

Key Responsibilities

Execute procurement processes, standards, and operational plans including RFPs , negotiation preparations, and cost analysis.

Respond to client and internal inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Prepare purchase orders , approve payments, and negotiate pricing to ensure favorable terms for the organization.

Compile price proposals, financial data, and cost breakdowns to support purchasing decisions.

Develop and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bid packages for new supplier accounts.

Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, identifying and resolving issues such as shortages, delays, or quality concerns.

Engage in expedite negotiations to keep production schedules on track.

Collaborate cross-functionally with program management, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure sourcing strategies align with program goals.

Utilize Microsoft Excel daily for data analysis, reporting, and tracking using pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, sorting, and filtering .

Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor’s Degree OR 10 years of related experience

Minimum 7+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience focused on Purchasing & Procurement (Not Planning)

U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person (Green Card Holder)

Proven ability to work autonomously and solve complex procurement challenges

Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel

Preferred :

ERP / MRP experience – SAP preferred

Experience purchasing a variety of commodities including :

Machined & sheet metal parts

Vacuum formed parts

Hardware and electrical components

Additional commodities as required by the program

Background working with CI Business or MPI initiatives

Exposure to program management or managing procurement-related projects
