What You’ll Be Doing – Your Role with CARE

As an HVAC Service Technician at AllTech Services, you’re not just fixing systems—you’re transforming homes and lives. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while living out our CARE values :

Curiosity – Diagnose, repair, and optimize HVAC systems while staying current with technology, tools, and methods that boost performance and efficiency.

Responsibility – Follow all industry regulations, company standards, and best practices to deliver reliable, high-quality service.

Empathy – Listen to customer concerns and provide thoughtful, honest, and effective solutions that improve comfort and peace of mind.

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of residential HVAC experience

EPA Certification II or Universal (NATE preferred but not required)

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces and on ladders
