We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service to join our team. Our firm handles a wide range of practice areas, including real estate law, civil litigation, business and corporate law, family law, criminal defense, estate planning, guardianship, and probate matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide legal counsel and representation in the civil litigation arena.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout their case.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Represent and advocate on behalf of clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Contribute to business development by fostering client relationships and expanding the firm's community involvement.
• Stay informed on legal developments and emerging legal trends.

Associate Litigation Attorney :

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to broaden their experience in the civil litigation area across a multitude of practice disciplines while working with the firm's senior attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment.
