Job descriptionPrepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Assists in inventory counts by counting and making appropriate adjustments Provides quality service by following organization standards. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker, preferably in a parcel, picker or inventory role Previous forklift experience required; ability to learn required Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems Good organizational and time management skills High school degree Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard PTO in accordance with the IL Day and Temporary Labor Service Act. After 90 days of employment, Dental Care & Vision is offered, and details will be provided to you upon eligibility. This position will primarily assist with picking orders for shipment plus a mix of packing and wrapping Using Cherry Picker
and RF Scanning gun.
